Concretely: names, jobs, recurring plans and emotional history stick. One-off specifics — the name of a restaurant, an exact date — fade after a week or two. You can re-anchor them by mentioning them again, which is annoying but works.

Face consistency is the single biggest differentiator here. Ask for the same character in a different outfit and setting and you get a recognisably identical person, which is exactly where cheaper platforms fall apart.

Composition prompts are hit and miss. Simple portraits land nearly every time; anything involving multiple limbs interacting, held objects or text in frame fails often enough that you should assume two or three attempts per usable image — and each attempt bills you.
